Client Calls are mandatory, We do have to speak after form is complete so that we can be on the same page for your business service to move forward.

Invoice

All invoices are paid before services, Half of services is required to be paid before anything service starts.

Service Payments are non-refundable.

Client Service

I  appreciate everyone time, services can take between 2-8 weeks to complete depending on revisions and corrections. If you submit a form and do not have time to commit please do not submit, I will give a  5-7 day grace for email response and service process will end and have to be resubmitted with payment.  

 

Client Portal

I do now have a client portal for clients that book services, This is where you will find client presentations, Steps, Client meeting form and additional information about Gc.Stroud process. Clients will be able to add files, and chat in client portal.

Revision

I do understand that clients have preference you are given 3 revisions free and after 3 is charged $7 additional for each change to service effective on final invoice. 

Please also understand if you are rude or disrespectful I will have to decline services.
